4 eggs
½ c. half and half
3 T. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
¾ lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
½ c. cottage cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) green chilies, drained and diced
1 T. basil, crumbled
1 clove garlic, minced
3 medium zucchini, sliced
1 ( 2 ¼ oz.) black olives, drained and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Mix eggs with half and half, beat in flour, baking power, add salt, cheeses, onion, chilies, basil and garlic. Arrange zucchini slices in dish, pour egg mixture over. Top with olives, bake until set. 350º for 35-40 minutes.
