Cooked, chopped spinach
Salt
Pepper
Nutmeg
Butter
Cornstarch, thicken to taste
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch into a paste with 2 tablespoons of milk. Slowly add the rest of the milk and butter while whisking. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Add mixture to spinach and cook until thickened.
