1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 cup cold water
½ cup crisco oil

Topping:
1 3oz. package of instant vanilla pudding
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup cold milk

1 can crushed pineapple
1 large container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cake mix, eggs, cold water and oil well. Spread into floured, greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. Cool.

Topping: Beat pudding mix, cream cheese and milk until thick and creamy. Spread on cake. Drain 1 can crushed pineapple and spread over pudding mix. Use 1 large container cool whip over pineapple. Sprinkle with coconut or chopped nuts.
