1 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
24 large marshmallows
14 oz. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Make cake as directed on box using a 9 x 13 baking pan. When done, cool about 15 minutes in pan and then flip out onto a wire rack. Once cooled enough to handle, use a thread or piece of dental floss to cut through the middle length wise . Place either a pan or another wire rack next to the first one and you will be able to open the cake like a book. Place bottom of the cake on your serving dish.

In a saucepan melt the sugar, milk, and marshmallows, then remove from heat and add the coconut. For Almond Joy, you can add almond slivers here.

Place top layer of cake on top and top with chocolate icing.
