1 cup butter
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
¼ cup white sugar
2 cups flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup raspberry jam
Icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add sugar and beat until light. Combine flour and baking powder. Stir into creamed mixture. Press into a ball, wrap in saran and chill over night or for a few hours. Roll out dough to ⅛" thick. Cut with round cookie cutter. Place ½ tsp jam on centre on each cookie. Fold in ½ and seal edges. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Cool and dust with icing sugar.
