1 cup butter
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
cup white sugar
2 cups flour
tsp baking powder
cup raspberry jam
Icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add sugar and beat until light. Combine flour and baking powder. Stir into creamed mixture. Press into a ball, wrap in saran and chill over night or for a few hours. Roll out dough to ⅛" thick. Cut with round cookie cutter. Place tsp jam on centre on each cookie. Fold in and seal edges. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Cool and dust with icing sugar.
