1 (20 oz.) can of pineapple tidbits (drain but save the juice)
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 cup sugar
1 T flour
1 egg well beaten
1 1/2 T white vinegar
1 1/2 cup peanuts
3 cups sliced apples, unpeeled
1 large Cool Whip

This recipe has several steps!

1. Mix pineapple and marshmallows and refrigerate 8 hours.

2. Cook this mixture: Flour, sugar, vinegar, egg and pineapple juice that was saved. Cook until thick. and then refrigerate for 8 hours.

3. To assemble: Mix Cool Whip with cooked and cooled sauce. Then fold in pineapple mixture, peanuts and apples.
