Ingredients:  
1 cup diced celery
4 T finely chopped onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup (I like chicken with herbs)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cups crushed plain potato chips
1 small can mushroom pieces
3 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can sliced water chestnuts drained
2 cups chopped cooked chicken (about 4 small-to-average breast)
about 2 T butter or margarine melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Mix all ingredients except at least a cup of potato chips and pour into greased casserole dish. Top with remaining crushed potato chips and drizzle with melted margarine. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
