3/4 c sugar
1/2 c Bisquick
2 eggs
2 8-oz packages cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel or 1 T lemon juice

Topping:

1 cup sour cream
2 T sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350. Beat cream cheese and add sugar, eggs, flavorings and Bisquick. Beat until smooth and cook in a greased pie pan for about 30 minutes or until the center is dry.

Topping:
Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over top and chill 3 hours before serving.
