1 jar (6.7 oz) stuff Spanish olives, finely chopped (abt. 3 C.) – 2 8 oz. pkg cream cheese @ room temp. – 1 can Nestle’s media crema (table cream) – ˝ C. yellow onion finely chopped – 1 t. Goya complete seasoning or seasoned salt – 2 T. finely chopped chives, divided.

Using a whisk, beat together, cream cheese & media crema until smooth. Stir in olives, onions, 1 T. chives. Chill until cold & firm (abt. 30 min). Sprinkle with remaining chives before serving with crackers or veggies.
