4 cans (14½ oz. each) petite diced tomatoes
2 cans (14½ oz. each) beef broth
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 medium zucchini, halved and thinly sliced
3/4 lb. fresh or frozen green beans, cut in bite size pieces
3/4 lb. Italian sausage (loose) - Brown & Drain
3 to 8 oz. fresh tortellini with cheese
1 tsp. minced garlic
3/4 tsp. dried oregano

Directions:
Combine tomatoes, broth, basil and pepper in large stock pot. Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Add all remaining ingredients, except tortellini. Cook about 30 minutes. Add tortellini and cook until tender. Serve with parmesan cheese.
