4 lg peaches
1 - 6 ounce package of prepared chocolate crumb pie crust
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 -3.5 ounce package of vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
1 cup milk
tsp lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, pit and cut peaches into bite sized pieces. Place half of peaches in chocolate crumb pie crust. In small bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. In large bowl, prepare instant pudding according to package instructions BUT only use 1 cup milk. With wire whisk or rubber spatula, gently fold whip cream and lemon extract into pudding mixture. Spoon cream filling over peaches. Top with remaining peaches. Refrigerate until set, about 10 minutes.
