6 chicken breasts (skinned, halved, boneless)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 - 14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained, halved
1/4 lb. fresh, mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. dry cooking Sherry
1 can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, paprika. In fry pan, brown seasoned chicken in butter. (Reserve drippings).
Put browned chicken in a 2 quart shallow casserole pan; arrange artichoke hearts between chicken.
In fry pan saute mushrooms in reserved drippings. Stir in flour, bubble 1 minute. Gradually add chicken broth and Sherry. Cook mushroom mixture until thick and bubbly. Pour over chicken and artichokes.

Bake 375 for 40 minutes.
You can double broth mixture. Serve over rice pilaf.
