1/4 cup Butter
3/4 cup Mushrooms, sliced
3/4 cup Spinach, chopped
1 cup Milk
3 Eggs
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
1/4 teaspoon Thyme
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Saute mushrooms and spinach in butter. Beat together milk and eggs then
seasonings. Combine with spinach and mushrooms and pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake 35 min.
