2 cans Mexican style corn (Drained)
2 cans chopped chillis (Drained)
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup Mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well and pour into casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40

This is a dip but some people might just dig in and eat as a side dish.
