1 pound grounnd beef
1 pound sausage
Chopped onions
Chopped bell peppers

1 pound shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
With a small amount of oil, saute onions and peppers until tender. Add beef and sausage and fry stirring until brown and cooked through.

Drain off excess grease.

Add the cheese to meat mixture and stir until thouroughly mixed and cheese is melted.

Put onto cocktail rye bread. You can heat until bread is crisp and serve:

OR: This freezes very well and you can take out as many as you want and bake and eat.

You can also add oregano or other spices acording to taste.
