Cake: Mix next 3 ingredients and bring to a boil.
2 sticks butter
5 Tabsp cocoa
1 cup water
ADD: and stir well
2 cups sugar, 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda
ADD:
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

ICING:
1 stick butter, 6 tbsp milk, 4 tbsp cocoa.
Mix together and bring to a boil. Then add:
1 cup chopped nuts and 1 pound powdered sugar.

Directions:

Grease and flour (or spray) jelly roll pan or baking sheet with sides. Pour cake batter in and bake at
350 for 25 minutes.

Prepare icing as directed and pour over warm cake.
