Lasagna Noodles
Ricotta Cheese (2 - 15 oz tubs)
Mozzarella Cheese (2 cup bag)
Parmesan Cheese
Eggs (2)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Oregano
Parsley
(Any other Italian seasonings you like)
Sauce ( I use jar - 45 oz Ragu, but its up to personal choice)
Beef (1 lb) (optional)

Supplies:
large pot
large mixing bowl
9x13 pyrex dish or metal
frying pan

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven 350

1. Follow directions on the box to cook the noodles. Set aside
2. If adding meet, Brown the meat, drain properly, and season as you like
3. Prepare the Cheese mix - in large mixing bowl. Add all Ricotta, Mozzarella, approx. cup of Parmesan, eggs, and all seasonings (no need to measure, but be sure not to add too much!! A healthy shake of each will do) - Blend until all mixed.
4. Create Lasagna
Put a small layer of sauce on base of 9x13 dish,then layer noodles, cheese mix, meat, sauce - repeat until you reach the top of the dish - last layer should be noodles.Cover top layer of noodles with sauce and reserve cheeses (mozzarella and Parmesan). Cover with Foil (you may also want to put a cookie sheet under the pan when baking)
Bake Covered for 45 minutes, then remove foil and continue baking for 15 minutes.
Let is sit for a few minutes before serving. ENJOY!
