Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package flour tortillas (I use the large)
6 packages cream cheese brought to room temperature
2 green onions diced (optional)
Pace Picante sauce (or your favorite)
thin sliced ham (about a lb)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the cream cheese and picante sauce (should not be runny but add enough to create a creamy mix). Add green onions if desired.

Now, on a flour tortilla spread a very thin layer of mixture then lay on top thin sliced ham one layer thick. Then add more mixture and roll up. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill overnight.

When ready to serve place on cutting board and cut into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices.
