1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
3 tbsp sugar
½ cup butter

Directions:

In a mixing bowl stir together the flour and sugar. Then cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Form mixture into a ball and knead until smooth.

Form wedges on an ungreased cookie sheet. Put or roll dough into a circle. Using your finger press to make a scalloped edge. If desired, use a fork to pinch the dough. Using a sharp knife and dough circle into 12 or 16 pie shaped wedges. Do not separate wedges. Bake at 325 for 25-30 min. Cut into wedges again. Cool on wire rack.
