1 cups sugar
1 cup butter
4 eggs- add one at a time.
2 cups flour
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients into a bowl. Pour into greased jelly roll pan and with a knife mark off 24 squares. Place heaping tablespoon of pineapple or any type of filling in the center of each square. Bake at 350 degrees. For 40-45 minutes. While warm sprinkle with confectioners sugar if desired.
