½ lb margarine
2 cups sugar
1 lb ricotta cheese
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 cup flour (sifted) Do not add any extra flour.
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Icing:
¼ stick margarine
¼ stick butter
8 tablespoons whole milk
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients with beater. Add last three and mix well by hand or with mixer. Drop onto greased cookie sheet or use parchment paper. Bake at 350 12-13 minutes. Spread on icing when cookies are cool.
