1 cup butter 2 tsp vanilla 1 ˝ cup ground walnuts 2 2/3 cup sugar 2 ˝ cup sifted flour Confectioners sugar
Cream butter. Add vanilla, then nuts. Blend. Add sugar and flour. Beat with mixer. Roll into 2 inch strips like a pencil. Bake at 325 for 18-20 min or until just beginning to color. Roll in confectioners’ sugar while warm.
