1 cup flour
1 cube butter or margarine
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup pwdered sugar
2 cups Cool Whip
3 cups milk
2 - 3 oz pkgs instant pudding (lemon or chocolate)
Chopped nuts.

Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer:
Blend well, flour and butter. Press in the bottom of a 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Cool

2nd Layer
Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip and pour over cooled crust.

3rd Layer:
Beat together pudding and milk until thick, pour over 2nd layer. Top with cool whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill for several hours before serving. (Nuts can also be added to crust if desired, 1st Layer)
