5 large eggs
2 cups sugar
¾ cup buttermilk
1 stick of butter, melted
1 cup coconut
2 regular 8 inch pie shells, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into pie shells. (Thaw pie shells if using frozen ones).

Cook at 350ºF for 45 minutes or until done.
