2 sticks butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix ingredients together and pat into a 9 X 13 baking dish. Cook for 30 minutes at 350ºF Allow to cool completely.

16 oz cream cheese
1 cup powered sugar
Mix together and spread over completely cooled layer above.

2 small packages of vanilla instant pudding mix
3 cups milk.
Mix together and pour over cream cheese layer.

2 small packages of chocolate instant pudding mix
3 cups milk
Mix together and spread over vanilla pudding layer

12 to 16 oz cool whip topping.
Spread over chocolate layer.
