Frozen okra
Corn meal
Shortening or oil
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Let the frozen okra thaw out in the refrigerator.
Mix the okra and corn meal together to coat.
Place in skillet with melted shortening or oil.
Salt and pepper the whole thing.
Keep tossing the okra so it can brown on all sides.
