½ lb. ground beef
¼ cup uncooked rice
¼ cup milk or water
2 T. chopped onions
½ t. salt
¼ t. celery salt
⅛ t. garlic salt
dash of pepper
1 T. shortening
8 oz. can of tomato sauce
½ cup water
1 ½ t. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, rice, milk, onion and seasonings.
Form into 4 medium meatballs.
Fry in melted shortening- turning until light brown on all sides.
In a separate bowl, mix together tomato sauce, water, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour sauce mixture over the 4 meatballs in pan.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes over low heat.
Add a small amount of additional water if liquid cooks down too much.
