4 cups cooked chicken cut into bite size pieces
2 cups chopped celery
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 hard boiled eggs chopped up
⅔ cup water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup grated cheese (divided in half)
1 large jar of pimentos drained
2 tbsp minced onions
1 tsp pepper and salt
½ cup mayo (NOT MIRACLE WHIP!)

Directions:

Mix all together put in a 9x13 pan, top with 1½ cup crushed potato chips ½ of the grated cheese. Bake 400º for 25-45 minutes check it.

Note: can make the day before and let stand in the fridge before baking.
