2 beaten eggs
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
cup crushed cracker crumbs
- tsp poultry seasoning
tsp pepper
1 lb ground beef or ground chuck
cup finely chopped onions
2 T chopped green bell peppers
1 T chopped celery
1 tsp French seasoning
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except meat. Add meat, mix, shape into loaf and place in 12 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 for about 1 hours.
