1 Box Red Velvet Cake Mix
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened (or use cream cheese frosting)
16 oz. White Chocolate
2 oz. Dark or Milk Chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake as directed on the box. Cool and crumble cake into a large bowl.
Add softened cream cheese (or cream cheese frosting) and knead gently with your fingers.
Roll 1 heaping tbsp into a round ball and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate to chill.
Melt white chocolate. Dip ball into chocolate to coat. Tap to get rid of excess and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Return to refrigerator to chill.
When chocolate is hardened, melt dark or milk chocolate. Pour into a bag, cut off the corner and pipe on to decorate truffles.
Store in refrigerator.
