1 lb. Lean Beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 c. celery, Chopped
1 large can mushrooms
1/2 c. carrots, sliced
onion powder, garlic powder, Seasonal salt, pepper to taste

1 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3 c. hot water

Chow Mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute hamburger, onions, celery, mushrooms, and carrots. Season with spices. Drain hamburger mixture and place in 9 x 13 baking pan or casserole pan. Mix in condensed soup, rice, water, and soy sauce.

Cover with tin foil and bake at 350º F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with Chow Mein noodles.
