1 box yellow cake mix. 1 Tbsp. Vanilla. ½ c. Sugar
1 3.4 oz. box of instant vanilla pudding. 1 Tbsp. Butter extract 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
¾ c. Oil vegetable ¼ c. Walnuts.
¾ c. Water
4 eggs

Icing
1 c. Powered sugar
1 Tbsp. Milk
½ tsp. Vanilla
½ tsp. Butter extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cake mix, pudding, oil, water and 4 eggs for 8 minutes (important step) at medium speed and add 1 tbsp. Vanilla, 1 Tbsp. Butter extract, and ¼ c. Nuts.
Grease a 9x13 in pan and pour half of the mixture in the pan.

Mix ½ c. Sugar, 2 Tbsp. Cinnamon and sprinkle half of this mixture over the batter. Pour remaining cake mix and then top with the rest of the cinnamon/sugar mix. Swirl with a knife.

Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes Drizzle warm coffeecake with icing.
