1 lb Hamburger
2 Tbsp Basil
1 Clove Garlic crushed
2 Tbsp Parsley
Cup grated Ramano Cheese
Cup dried bread crumbs
1 Egg
Salt and Pepper to taste
tsp Garlic Salt or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. When completely mixed, shape into 2 inch round firm balls. Brown meatballs until meat is not pink in center. The meatballs should be soft not crisp. Drain on paper towel, add to sauce or freeze.
