3 c. sliced fresh peaches
⅔ c. sugar
½ tsp. salt
2 T. flour
2 beaten eggs
1 c. scalded cream
½ tsp. nutmeg
1 unbaked 8-9 in pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Place peaches in shell. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over peaches. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 375 ºF for 30-35 minutes.
