4 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts
⅛ tsp black pepper
6 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices cooked ham
½ c flour
½ c milk
1 c seasoned bread crumbs
⅓ tsp powdered garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Coat 7 X 11 baking dish with Pam. Pound chicken breasts to ¼ inch thickness. Place 1 cheese slice and 1 slice ham on top of each breast. Roll up tucking sides in as you go. Secure with toothpick. Roll in flour on plate. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Preheat oven to 350º. Pour bread crumbs, garlic and pepper onto same plate and mix with fork. Roll cold chicken in small dish of milk and then roll on plate with bread crumbs and place edge down on baking dish and bake aprox 35 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. Remove from oven, put ½ slice cheese on top of each and return to oven 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve immediately. 4 servings.
