8 oz puff corn
1 C butter (no substitution)
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C light corn syrup
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
in a 2 qt sauce pan bring butter, sugar, and corn syrup to boil. Cook 2 minutes. Add baking soda (will make it foam) stir well and remove from heat. Pour over puff corn. Stir to coat. Pour on a parchment lined pan. Bake at 250 stirring every 10 to 15 min for 45 min. Spread on wax paper to cool.
