6 bone-in rib eye steaks
favorite seasoning

Blue cheese butter ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup (4 oz) Maytag Blue Cheese
1 tbsp. shallots, minced
1 tbsp. Italian parsley, chopped
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. kosher salt

Directions:
Combine all the ingredients for the blue cheese butter in a bowl and mix well. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on the counter and place all of the butter mixture in the middle in a roll shape. Roll the plastic wrap around the butter mixture and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Season the steaks well with steak seasoning and let sit until steaks are close to room temperature.

Prepare grill. Grill steaks to your preference. Remove blue cheese butter roll from refrigerator and cut into 1/4 inch slices. Place 2 slices on each steak.
