2 pieces stale bread - broken up
1 large onion- chopped fine
2 Jonathan apples - diced
garlic
salt
pepper
sage

Directions:
Directions:
Make a stuffing. Place goose in roasting pan and spread about 2 T. butter and then sprinkle with little flour. Roast in 350 oven until done, approximately 15-20 minutes per pound.
Baste often.
