35 Saltine Crackers
1 c. butter
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 t. vanilla or almond extract
5 (4 oz.) Hershey Bars, broken into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Line 15 x 1 jellyroll pan with foil. Lightly spray with not-stick cooking spray. Place saltines in pan with the salty side up.
Boil butter, extract, and brown sugar 2 - 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over crackers and bake 4 - 6 minutes. Remove from oven and top with candy bar pieces. As candy softens, spread evenly over crackers. Cool a few minutes and transfer to waxed paper. When completely cooled, cut into cracker-sized squares.
