Make Corn Bread
1/2 stick of butter
1 stalk of Celery
1 Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Red & Green Bell Pepper
1 Bundle of Green Onions
1 tsp of Tony Zachery seasoning
11/2 lb. chopped Shrimp
1/2 Lump Crab meat
1 Can of Mushroom Soup
1 1/4 can of Water
1/2 lb of Pepper Jack Cheese
1 Butter casserole dish

Preheat oven to 350º
Make a pan of cornbread

Chop the onion, green onion, onion, garlic, celery & bell peppers. Put 1/2 stick of butter in a large pot to melt. Add only the vegetables and saute until soft. Add 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup with 1 1/4 cans of water. Stir until combined. Add crab meat making sure that there are no shells. Then add 1/2 lb of chopped shrimp. Add cornbread to the mix and 1/2 lb of Pepper Jack Cheese cut into slices. Stir until combined. Put in butter pan and bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
