3/4 c butter
1/8 c sugar
1 1/2 c flour
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 c icing sugar
1/2 c butter
1 can crushed pineapple (540 ml)
1 c whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix first 3 ingredients. Press into 8x8 square pan. Bake for 20 min at 350F.
2. Beat together egg yolks, icing sugar and butter with an electric mixer.
3. Spread this onto cooled base.
4. Drain can of pineapple and squeeze as dry as possible.
5. Whip 1 c whipping cream.
6. Fold pineapple into whipped cream.
7. Spread on top.
8. Keep refrigerated.
