1 1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 heaping T flour
Juice of 2 lemons
2 eggs, beaten
2 T butter
1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan heat the pineapple juice. Mix sugar, flour and eggs and add it to the juice. Cook until thick. Add butter and cool. Whip the cream and fold it in when ready to serve.
