1 pound dried red beans and/or canned red beans
Ham and bone or hocks
2 onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
Garlic
Tabasco
Smoked sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Soak dried beans overnight. Cook beans until tender with onion and seasons. Mash a few on the side of pot to thicken juice. Add sausage the last 45 minutes to 2 hours. Serve over rice.
