1½ cups Powder Sugar
1 lg Egg
1 cup Butter, soft
2½ cups Flour
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Almond Extract
1 tsp. Cream of Tartar

Dough needs Chilled for 3 hours
Preheat oven 375ºF

1. In large mixing bowl mix together, powder sugar, butter vanilla extract, almond extract, and egg.
2. Stir in flour, baking soda and cream of tartar
3. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
4. Preheat oven to 375ºF
5. Remove dough from refrigerator and roll into ¼ inch thick layer on a floured table.
6. Use cookie cutters to cut into shapes.
7. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375ºF for 7-8 minutes
8. Place cookies on wire rack to cool.
