2 pkg gelatin
4 tbsp. cold water
3/4 c boiling water
1 1/2 c sugar
dash of salt
flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Soak gelatin in cold water for a few minutes and then dissolve in boiling water. Add sugar and salt. Let stand for 2-3 minutes.
Start mixing at low speed, then on high for 15 minutes, or until stiff. Add flavoring and beat. Pour into a pan and let sit several hours or overnight. Cut and roll in fine coconut.

If you think I'm a bit insane now, you should have known me when I made my own marshmallows! I made them in different colors and with different flavors! I have no idea why I thought that was a good idea!
