1 c mayonnaise
1 c sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 c flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Cream mayo, sugar and cocoa. Add the rest and mix well.

Bake in an 8" x 8" pan at 350º fore 30 minutess.

And if you haven't seen enough chocolate cake recipes, this is one that seems too unusual not to include. I used to make it often as a last minutes cake and it is so moist and delicious that you might want to try it.
