3 c flour
2 c sugar
1/2 c cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c water
Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix well in the center and add liquid ingredients. Mix well with an electrix mixer

Pour into a greased 9"x13" pan and bake at 350º for 40 minutes, or until done.

For those days when the Celebration cake is too much, this is a fast and easy alternative.

If you want cupcakes, it will make 3 dozen.
