3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c vinegar
2 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp dry mustard
dash of salt
1/2 tsp poppy seeds
1/2 c vegetable oil
3 c cooked cubed chicken
Honeydew melon
Cantaloupe
Leaf lettuce
1 c strawberries or green grapes
1/2 c pecan halves - toasted
1/2 c blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, vinegar, lime juice, mustard, salt and poppy seeds in a blender. Blend to mix, then gradually add oil in a thin stream. Cover and blend for 2 minutes, or until dressing is slightly thickened.

Reserve 1/3 c and pour remaining dressing over chiciken. Chill.

To serve, arrange lettuce on a plate and palce chicken over it. Toss fruit in reserved dressing and spoon over the salad.
