1- 15¾ oz. can whole Sweet Corn
1- 14¾oz. can Sweet Creamed Corn
1- 8oz pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 cup Sour Cream
4 Tbsp. or ½ stick melted Butter
1½ cups shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 350ºF
9x13 Cake pan, greased

1. In a large bowl mix together 2 cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter and ½ of the cheddar cheese.
2. Place mixture in greased 9x13 baking dish.
3. Bake for 45 minutes or till golden brown in a 350ºF oven.
4. Remove from oven and top with remaining cheddar cheese and return to oven.
5. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
6. Remove from oven and let stand stand for at least 5 minutes then serve warm.
