1 cup butter, (2 sticks), softened
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups pecans
2 pkg graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
- preheat oven to 325º
- layer graham crackers tightly in a 11 x 17 pan
- bring butter, sugar and pecans to a boil, stir constantly
- pour mix over graham crackers, spreading the pecans around evenly
- pop immediately in the oven
- bake for 8 minutes
- allow the bark to cool before breaking into pieces
- store in an air tight container
